Erin’s harp cover gets a repair on Staten Island

With all the gigging that my Camac electric harp does, its cover really takes a beating, so I headed over to Staten Island to have my ace repairman, David Taylor, work on V’ger’s cover. David’s company is Island Style Marine Canvas Repair, so he does a lot of work on sailboats as well as harp covers! He also fixed up my harp dolly, whose velcro had given up the ghost. And he sewed a name plate onto my cover for me in my signature space-age font! Here are a few photos I took of David working on cover and the dolly strap, while V’ger waited patiently for her new duds…
