Working on a film song at Gridley Studios

Filmmaker Victoria Racimo and her producing partner TanNa Young came to Gridley Studios to master a song for their upcoming documentary film One Day, and as you can see from the photos, MacLeod the Westie was an integral part of the process. I sang background vocals for the song, and then Mike Nolan mastered the track. The film is about the famed racehorse Our Mims, who won the 1977 Eclipse Award. As many of you know, I was born in Louisville, Kentucky and grew up watching the racehorses at Churchill Downs, so I am really excited about this wonderful film! I’ll keep you updated on its progress!
