Harp for Valentine’s Day on Long Island

I had a wonderful time playing harp on Long Island for Valentine’s Day at Taste 99, the restaurant at Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale, NY. Everyone was so nice there, not only the staff and management, but also the patrons – I met some lovely people there, including the mayor! Some impromptu song requests I played that night included “If” by Bread, “The Rose” by Bette Midler, and “Dust in the Wind” by Kansas. One couple was having their anniversary dinner there, and “If” was their wedding song, so I was happy to sing and play it for them (I had to look up the words first on my phone!). Here a few photos from the evening.
